This amazing property has been operating as a luxury Bed and Breakfast Inn for the last 23 years and is completely hidden from the outside world creating its own peaceful "oasis".  It currently accommodates 27+ people!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Inn has been professionally decorated and is immaculately clean. The spacious bedrooms are garden-themed and architecturally unique. They have excellent mattresses, luxury sheets and towels, robes, feather beds and pillows, down comforters, quality spreads, other fine amenities, and thoughtful and romantic appointments throughout. The décor is that of a Country Inn and you will feel it call out to you “come, enjoy and relax”! (Note: Spas showing in pictures of select suites are not included in Vacation Rental since they are free-standing units with no plumbing.)

CLIMATE
Because the Inn is only two miles from the beach, the climate is very mild year round and ranges from high 50's in the winter to 70's in the summer.  It is 20-45 degrees cooler than cities north of us such as San Luis Obispo and, in particular, the North County that includes Paso Robles, Templeton, Santa Margarita, inland Cayucos, & Atascadero.  Even though the Inn has central air conditioning, it is hardly ever used.

WINERIES & LOCATION
The Inn is conveniently located seconds off U.S. Highway 101. There are dozens of wineries within a radius of 15 miles. The historic village of Arroyo Grande with its famous “swinging bridge” (similar to Tarzan’s rope bridge), the only bridge of its kind in the state of California, is only ½-a-mile from the Inn. Historic Arroyo Grande is a charming little village with an old-fashioned ice-cream soda fountain shop reminiscent of the those of the 1930’s and many charming little specialty stores. We are 2 miles to Pismo Beach, 15 minutes from San Luis Obispo, and minutes from Avila Beach, Morro Bay, Shopping Outlets, Fine Restaurants, and All Area Attractions

THE INN
Over 6,000 square feet on 3 stories; 7 spacious bedrooms with private baths and a 3-bedroom suite with bath.  The property is ½-an-acre with an enchanting garden, gazebo, and several tables and chairs set out for your comfort.  The Inn has a formal Dining Room that accommodates up to 30 and a Spacious Sitting Room with a fireplace that accommodates 18 with plenty of space for more people.   The large, modern kitchen has an island, 3 refrigerators, double oven, dishwasher, and 3 deep stainless steel sinks.  The laundry room consists of 4 dryers, 2 washers, and a large working table.

SERVICES PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE
1.  Grocery shopping prior to arrival so you will find a stocked kitchen and other items you need.
2.  Make reservations to Hearst Castle, The Great American Melodrama and Vaudeville, PCPA, or any other        reservations you may need.
3.  Send you a list of local activities with directions to help you enjoy the area.
4.  Order your fresh Thanksgiving turkey, pick it up, and have it in the refrigerator before you arrive.
